Dave Machovsky

FOUNDER AND CEO
Dave is a high-impact leader, keynote speaker, and the founder of Mindset Innovations Consulting, a firm dedicated to transforming businesses through leadership development, operational excellence, and mindset-driven strategy. With deep roots in manufacturing, operations, and safety, Dave has built a reputation for helping companies innovate from the inside out.
A certified TWI (Training Within Industry) Instructor and award-winning leadership coach, Dave empowers teams with practical tools to solve problems, strengthen relationships, and lead with clarity. His experience spans coaching frontline supervisors to advising executives, all while blending lean methodologies with modern leadership principles.
Dave is also an inventor with multiple patents and a builder at heart whether it's a leadership culture, a training program, or a custom-engineered solution on the shop floor. His ability to simplify complexity and inspire action has made him a trusted partner to companies across industries.
Recognized as one of the Top 10 Young Professionals in his region and awarded the Patriotic Employer Award by the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Dave’s leadership extends beyond business. He's a former national wildland firefighter, nonprofit president, and passionate advocate for empowering people to reach their potential.

Tim Peak

COO | CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tim is a seasoned operational leader with over five decades of experience in high-stakes, mission driven environments, including 30 years in law enforcement and 29 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. With a calm command presence and a passion for developing high performing teams, Tim brings a powerful blend of strategic foresight, disciplined execution, and values-based leadership.
As a Police Captain, Tim led diverse units through complex challenges, overseeing emergency response teams, multi-agency collaborations, and high-risk public safety operations. His leadership emphasized accountability, resilience, and measurable results boosting team performance, strengthening community trust, and improving interdepartmental coordination. He built strong cultures rooted in integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
In parallel, Tim rose to the rank of Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. He served in critical leadership roles across strategic planning, logistics, tactical execution, and personnel development commanding teams during four overseas deployments. Whether in combat zones or boardrooms, Tim is known for aligning teams around clear goals and executing with precision under pressure.
Today, as COO of Mindset Innovations Consulting, Tim brings his unmatched leadership expertise to the business world helping organizations navigate change, build mission-aligned cultures, and empower the next generation of leaders.
Emina Machovsky

HR STRATEGIST + LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT
Emina Machovsky is a compassionate and intuitive executive coach with nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources. She specializes in helping businesses build strong, people-centered cultures that fuel growth and innovation. Her expertise spans talent development, performance management, organizational design, and executive coaching delivered with strategic insight and genuine care.
Emina holds a bachelor’s degree from Trinity International University and a master’s degree from Grand View University. She currently leads a team of HR professionals in the financial services industry and is a certified coach and seasoned mentor, known for her ability to guide others with wisdom, warmth, and authenticity.
Born and raised in the beautiful country of Bosnia, Emina brings a unique global perspective to her work. Fluent in three languages, she connects with people from all walks of life, helping them feel seen, heard, and understood.
Emina is especially known for bringing clarity to complex team dynamics, guiding leaders through high-stakes transitions, and developing practical systems that support both accountability and belonging. She brings a calm, grounded presence to every engagement, and is passionate about helping founders and teams scale without losing their soul.

With a background in event coordination, social media marketing, and creative design, Kendra doesn’t just talk about innovation, she lives it. Her gift is turning introductions into relationships and energy into momentum.
