He's a Certified Master TWI Instructor, a credential held by relatively few people in the country, with roots in manufacturing, operations and safety. He coaches frontline supervisors and advises executives, and he built Mindset Innovations Consulting to do both under one roof.

He's also an inventor with multiple patents and a builder by instinct, and that no longer stops at the shop floor. He designs and writes the operations systems his clients run after the training week ends, so a plant can see its own audits, scorecards, and coaching in one place instead of scattered across a filing cabinet and three inboxes. The week onsite starts it, and the system is what keeps it running after he's gone.

Outside the business, Dave served as a national wildland firefighter and as a nonprofit president. He's been recognized as one of the Top 10 Professionals in his region and received the Patriotic Employer Award from the Office of the Secretary of Defense.

Companies bring him in when the plan is clear and it still isn't happening on the floor. What he leaves behind is a bench of leaders who can run it without him.

Tim has spent his career making sure that when things go wrong, the people in charge know exactly what to do.

Thirty years in law enforcement, retiring as a Police Captain, leading emergency response teams, multi-agency operations, and high-risk public safety work. Alongside it, twenty-nine years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve, rising to Major and commanding teams through four overseas deployments across strategic planning, logistics, and personnel development.

That record is built on the things first-line supervision actually runs on. Discipline that holds up under scrutiny. Union environments where the process matters as much as the decision. Teams that perform because the standard is clear and everyone knows it. He built cultures rooted in integrity and professionalism, and he did it where the consequences were immediate.

As COO, Tim runs delivery at Mindset. He keeps engagements on schedule, clients supported between visits, and programs measured against results a client can see for themselves. He also leads our work with public safety departments, where supervising a shift of officers or firefighters demands exactly what he spent thirty years doing.

Leaders describe him the way his officers did. Calm when it counts, clear about the standard, and the person you want in the room when the pressure is on.

CHRO | CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Emina is who a company calls when the people side of the business gets hard. Turnover nobody can explain. A supervisor decision that has to hold up if it's challenged. An HR function stuck doing paperwork when the business needs it doing strategy.

She's spent nearly two decades in human resources, much of it in the situations most leaders would rather hand to someone else. Restructures. Performance cases that have run too long. Executive-level separations handled carefully enough that they end quietly instead of in court. That's why leaders bring her the problem they've been sitting on for weeks, moths, and years.

At Mindset, Emina works the people side of our clients' businesses. She advises HR teams and the executives they report to, coaches leaders through the conversations they have been avoiding, and trains HR professionals who want to get better at the parts of the job nobody teaches. She's also a certified DISC instructor, and she uses it where it does the most good, giving leaders a way to understand the people they work with while the relationship is still being built.

Her HR leadership spans financial services and multi-company organizations, and she's led teams of HR professionals through all of it. She's a certified coach, a seasoned mentor, and teaches as an adjunct professor at Grand View University, where she earned her master's degree. Her bachelor's is from Trinity International University.

Born and raised in Bosnia and fluent in three languages, Emina connects with people at every level of an organization, which matters more on a plant floor or in a shift meeting than most people expect.

What leaders remember afterward is the calm. She brings clarity to team dynamics that have gotten tangled, and she leaves them with a way to hold accountability and belonging at the same time.

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Kendra is the person our clients hear from between sessions.

She runs client outreach and engagement, which means checking in on the leaders in our programs, following up when someone goes quiet, and finding out what's actually landing. People tell her things they'd never put in a survey, mostly because she asks and then she listens.

Her background is in event coordination, social media marketing, and creative design, so she also handles the pieces that make an engagement feel put together. The workshop that starts on time. The follow-up that arrives when it said it would. The materials that look like somebody cared.

She brings real energy to it and she follows through, which is what keeps a client relationship warm long after the training week ends.
