Tim is a seasoned operational leader with over five decades of experience in high-stakes, mission driven environments, including 30 years in law enforcement and 29 years in the U.S. Army and Army Reserve. With a calm command presence and a passion for developing high performance teams, Tim brings a powerful blend of strategic foresight, disciplined - execution, and values-based leadership.

As a Police Captain, Tim led diverse units through complex challenges, overseeing emergency response teams, multi-agency collaborations, and high-risk public safety operations. His leadership emphasized accountability, resilience, and measurable results boosting team performance, strengthening community trust, and improving interdepartmental coordination. He built strong cultures rooting in integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

In parallel, Tim rose to the rank of Major in the U.S. Army Reserve. He served in critical leadership roles across strategic planning, logistics, tactical execution, and personal development commanding teams during four overseas deployments. Whether in combat zones or boardrooms, Tim is known for aligning teams around clear goals and executing with precision under pressure.

Emina holds a bachelor's degree from Trinity International University and a master's degree from Grandview University. She currently leads a team of HR professionals in the financial services industry and is a certified coach and seasoned mentor, known for her ability to guide others with wisdom, warmth, and authenticity.

Born and raised in the beautiful country of Bosnia, Amina brings a unique global perspective to her work. Fluent in three languages, she connects with people from all walks of life, helping them feel seen, heard, and understood.
