New mastermind for des moines area business owners forming

WAUKEE, Iowa (June 9, 2025) – A new professional development initiative is launching this month to bring together a cohort of business owners in the Des Moines area for structured peer support and accountability.

The Des Moines Founders Mastermind is a small-group program designed for local business owners to share challenges, exchange ideas, and work collaboratively toward professional and organizational growth. Led by Mindset Innovations Consulting founder and CEO Dave Machovsky, the group will meet monthly for in-person sessions focused on candid conversation and goal-setting.

“In working with business owners across industries, I’ve seen how often they face complex challenges in isolation,” said Machovsky. “This group is about creating space for honest dialogue and mutual support among peers who understand the pressure of business ownership and leadership.”

The first session for the new cohort will be held on Wednesday, June 26 at 4:00 p.m. It will be open to the first 12 registrants at no cost.

Mastermind groups have gained popularity as a professional development tool, offering a blend of mentoring, accountability, and peer learning.
