  • Chat conversationsWhat you type into our AI assistant, Ask Kendra, so it can answer you. If you ask for an email follow-up, the name, email and company you enter along with your recent chat.
  • Purchases and membershipsDetails needed to process a Mastermind seat or member login. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
  • Site usagePages visited, device, browser and general location, collected through cookies and similar tools by our website platform and advertising partners.

How we use it

To answer your questions, send the information you asked for, prepare quotes, deliver our programs, run member areas, improve the site and measure our advertising. We don't sell your personal information.

Who helps us run the site

We use trusted service providers to operate this site, including our website platform (Squarespace), hosting for our AI assistant (Vercel), an AI model provider that processes chat messages to generate answers, an email delivery service for follow-ups, our payment processor and Google for advertising measurement. They only use your information to provide their service to us.

About Ask Kendra

Ask Kendra is an AI assistant. Its answers can be wrong, so please check anything important with our team. Please don't share sensitive personal information in the chat. Your chat history is kept in your browser for the current session and clears when you close the tab.

Emails

If you ask for a follow-up or subscribe to updates, we'll email you. You can reply to any email to ask us to stop, and we will.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you through our Let's Connect page. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well.

Children

This site is for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and show the new date at the top.
