At 3M's Knoxville, Iowa plant, Dave ran operations for a focus factory with $300 million in annual production value, a $26 million operating budget, 16 leaders and 110 hourly operators. He brought KATA into the facility and holds multiple patents.
Today he's a Certified Master TWI Instructor who teaches with Kirkwood Corporate Training and The Jacobson Institute at Grand View University. Audiences get plant-floor stories and a tool they can use the next morning.
