What is TWI Job Methods?
Job Methods is the TWI program that teaches leaders how to improve the way jobs are done using the resources they already have.
Is Job Methods the same as lean?
It's one of the roots of lean. Toyota built TWI into its system, and Job Methods is where the idea of small, constant improvement started.
How long does Job Methods training take?
We run it over one week, about three hours a day, with up to ten leaders per group, in your facility or live online.
Do leaders improve a real job?
Yes. Each leader brings a job from their own area and develops a better method during the course.
